Swiper Slider - Video on First Slide no autplay

I have a swiper slider on my homepage (using alternate-mobile-menu.html page)

The thing is: When I put the video on the first slide the autoplay does NOT work, but when I go to the second slide and comeback to first slide, the video is on autoplay

I'm using chrome and the url is this: http://www.pronabec.gob.pe/test/alternate-mobile-menu.html
