Hi SemiColon,

You guys have done such an awesome job creating CANVAS but it's let down by the very poor support we get. If I could be so bold, can I suggest a couple of improvments which might help as you seem to be under pressure with so many support requests - and we'd like you to get on with fixing all the issues as well.

  1. Can we have the support forum send us email us when there is a reply. Just to let us know that there has been some kindof response. Most forums do this sort of response.
  2. Let users - we are after all registered with Canvas support, answer and respond to other users questions. Someone out there might have solved the issue and get a much quicker response?
  3. Failing a succesful outcome, perhaps someone could post where there is a proper forum, where discussion can take place rather than this 1-to-1 nonsense? You'll have to post another topic as this forum does not allow you to reply! That's NOT what a forum is all about.

I don't expect a speedy reply as it's not common to get quick replies but I do hope yoou consider these simple requests.
