Subscription email form not working for me

Question

Hi,

I have followed the instructions in the documentation about setting up form.php, filled the email address for recipient & sender, and added after /* Add your SMTP Codes after this Line */ code for email sending.

And in the subscribe.php add the MailChimp API key & ListID and it works, but I only get this "ugly" text message (attached image). From the Canvas folder I see there is also "subscribe-with-name.html" file and I wonder if I need to include it as well if I want "fancy" confirmation like the rest of my website (one-page)?

Hello,

The Subscription Form codes you are using currently is incorrect. You will need to wrap the Subscription Form codes inside the .subscribe-widget DIV. Consider using this code instead:
[ch_pre]

Subscribe

[/ch_pre]

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
