Subscribe Widget Not Loading

Hi there,

I just bought this theme and I can't get the subscribe widget to load (on any of the pages that it's included on).

Is there a known issue with this?

I´m too bought this tpl, but can't subscribe to CM list

Hello,

Please make sure that your API Key and List ID is added accurately inside the include/subscribe-cm.php File. Additionally, also make sure that your List ID is from the Same Account as your API Key. This will fix this issue automatically.

Then I included the subscribe.php in the form action field and edited the file by adding the Mailchimp List ID and API Key. When I click the button nothing happens (no new entry in my Mailchimp List and no visual feedback in the browser window. (after that I tried it with subscribe-cm.php, but nothing changed)

Contact forms work perfectly for me, but the subscribe form just won't work.

Can you please help me?

We have just checked out your Website and the issue is that there is no Name Attribute in the Form Email Input of the Subscription Form which is why the Subscription Form is simply not submitted and the Email is not subscribed. Please find the following code on the Page:

and replace it with:
