Sub Menu Trigger Point

Question

Hi there

I am using a sub menu drop down that appears after the header has been scrolled past, similar to the main template showcase page:

This is the blue 'Explore Canvas' bar. Is there any way to control when this appears?

If possible, I would like it to appear much earlier then a full window scroll.
