Hello,
I have installed the HTML Package folder via ftp but it gives me an error at the end. Attached image.
"The template is not available. Themes need an index.php template file. Child Themes need a template header in the style.css style sheet."

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.
