Sticky Transparent header with centred logo

Hey there - I was wondering if you could point me in direction of creating a sticky transparent header which has the logo centred, then to the right the hamburger menu (always present) and to the left a phone number - header full width and sticky on scroll like your current transparent menu

Been trying to find this in demos with no luck to date

Any help would be greatly appreciated - I could code this myself but thought to ask if already exists prior starting a custom codebase for it
