First of all, great work on this! Was amazed by the varieties and quality.
I couldn't find a sticky side navigation like this.

Here is an example of the Sticky Sidebar included with Canvas: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/sticky-sidebar.php . You can customize the codes to make it look in the same way as the Example you have mentioned above.
