I am trying to add the "sticky-responsive-menu" function to your "overlay menu" page menu-10html.

In mobile view the header sticks to the top but the overlay menu doesn't work.
Please advise.

Unfortunately, the Overlay Menu is currently not supported on the Mobile Devices and only on Desktops. Additionally, we have checked out the Default Package Files and it appears that the Overlay Menu Template is working error-free on the Mobile Devices with the Sticky Menus working fine. The Buggy Overlay Menu on your test Websites are a result of your Customized Codes.
Unfortunately, this Design Functionality is currently not included with Canvas. Any further customization or design enhancements on the Overlay Menu is your responsibility (until an Official Update related to this is released) as we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .
