Sticky bar on the top below the sticky menu

Hello, firstly thanks for your great support and template.

I have tried for a while to manage the following, as I could not I am writing you. Is possible to add a sticky bar below the menu? I would like to have both the menu and an extra sticky bar below with some information. I have tried with header-stick but I am not sure that is what I am looking for.

What I would like is once I scroll down to keep both bars always visible, the menu bar as usual plus one other section I am building (just thin bar with a search box)

Is that possible?

I would like to get something similar to http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/page-submenu.php to the sticky submenu. But applied to any section with any given height. Then I could display to top menu sticky and just below also a sticky section. Maybe a workaround could be to control the height of the page submenu, is that possible? Even if so, is going to work in a mobile device? I have just and when resizing the submenu is going to keep always the same height then maybe not displaying all the elements correctly.

What I would like to do is something similar to http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/menu-7-navbar.html but combined with the split menu and keep both the top menu and the bar stick to the top. Is that possible?
