special layout

Hello, I have a special layout that I would like to implement:

• Header: no logo, transparent, just getting the Mobile Version of the menu (upper right)
• Content: Page background image (on each side to another) ... 100% x 100% responsive
• Footer : transparent, only Icons Social Media

how do I build the best on?

Ther are lot of examples inside canvas. I.e.:

• Header Transparent: header-transparent.html (delete the "logo" part)

You need to search for the rest, sorry!

public portal: You have a solution already presents the not 100% works (background image).

In the mobile version of the header is not transparent.
Where can I adjust that?
