Hello,

We recommend making the Form Inputs required. If the Form Inputs are already set to required, it might be possible that the Input's name attribute has not been setup properly. Make sure that you follow the Documentation provided here for proper Form Setup: https://html-v6-docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ .

Hope this Helps!

Hello,

Thanks for your Kind Patience!

We have checked out your Website and everything appears to be fine. Currently, we can see there is no reCaptcha deployed on the Contact Form. However, even if after setting up reCaptcha, if the SPAM Emails that are coming through are persistent, then they are not really Bot SPAMs but can be Human SPAM which can’t be prevented directly. So, you can setup filtered words and allowed URL numbers inside the include/form.php File. Simply find the $spam_keywords and setup your keywords depending on the content you are receiving everyday and also now you can setup $allowed_urls to check and the limit the number of URLs received. However, please notice that the URL Settings only apply to Canvas 7.

Hope this Help!
