While showing in mobile mode , the go to top button sometimes would be missing.
Could you give me some tips to avoid the problem?

Hello,
The Go To Top button is disabled on the Mobile Devices by default. Simply add the data-mobile="true" Attribute to the #gotoTop Element to enable it on Mobile Devices. Example:
