something wrong when u use this theme through CODEIGNITER4

Hi,
I have downloaded everything to my cpanel but Im using codeigniter, After loading everything I found that some of the scripts is not loading properly.

Please advice.

Hello,

There are many Assets missing on your Page.

  1. https://uadvanz.com/Assets/style.css Missing.

  2. jQuery has been loaded twice (see attached image).

  3. The js/functions.js File doesn't exist in HTML which is required for the JS Components to run.
