Hi,

On one of my portfolio pages, just one of the items displays correctly with the one-page Ajax.

Please go to http://www.vanhove.com/long-island-web-design-portfolio.html and click on the first (top-left) portfolio item to see what I mean.

I have gone over this again and again to find what is different between the ones that work and the ones that don't.

Can you help?

Attached is the Ajax include for the top-left item.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank You so much for pointing us to the Right Direction. We have just checked out your Website and according to this Issue, it seems that PHP is not executable on your Server which is causing the raw PHP Codes to display as is. You will need to contact your Web Hosting Provider since this appears to be a Hosting Issue and ask them to install PHP on your Servers.

This will automatically fix the issue. Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

I am sorry but your answer is not correct. PHP was definitely running on my server - other portfolio pages were displaying correctly.

The correct answer was the AJAX pages needed to be uploaded as ASCII text NOT unicode on the portfolio page in question. Once this was corrected everything was OK.

Hello,

We Really Apologize about the Misunderstanding and Thank You so much for this Valuable Piece of Information which will definitely Help our Users in case they face this particular issue.

Actually, the Text Files are automatically uploaded to the Server in ASCII Mode by the FTP by default so it never crossed our mind that this might be the issue. However, hats-off to you that you spotted this out and Really Glad that your issues were resolved. Thanks for your Patience.
