Smooth scrolling no longer working

Hello, first of all thanks for your excellent work and support.

In this site https://www.eventplannerspain.com/glosario.asp?idioma=Es the smooth scroll was working before. But now it does not. I have the last up to date version of canvas.

Once you are in the site, if you click in some of the internal links https://www.eventplannerspain.com/glosario.asp?idioma=Es#Ponente, other examples to click on Véase PPC , SEO , SERP.... before I used to have the smooth scroll plus the yellow effect to highlight the section, but now it is not working.

Could you please revise?

Thanks for your Patience! We have tried checking out your website and while all the codes appear to be working fine, we suspect that it is the Cloudflare RocketScript that is causing this issue. Can you please consider turning off the RocketScript feature in your Cloudflare Control Panel as this could fix this issue.
