Hi- first off thank you for your template. It is fantastic. We are unable to get the main image to load for our video on small devices (it works fine on large screens). This means that our first slide shows up as white fonts on white background on phones and tablets.
We have tried numerous images. The image needs to be 1920x1080? Our image is currently 1920x1080.
