Slider with whitish image

How do I take out this fog effect? (leaves the image whitish)

This is not added by any code within Canvas. The Source Image already has this effect: http://dotmake.com.br/rafael2/images/portfolio/1/full/3.jpg .

Please,
Save the image to your computer. Click on save image ... When you open it on your computer, you will see that the image will have the original color. See the attachment.
