Hello,

Apologies about the Delays in replying to your Support Query. We have tried checking out your Website and it returns a Page 404 not found error. Please provide us with a Valid Live URL so that we can check out the exact error and provide you with more assistance. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and there appears to be some HTML Validation Errors related to unclosed Tags on your Page: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lightdentalstudios.com%2Fperio-test-2%2F . Please make sure that you fix these issues first, as HTML Validation Errors often are the cause of issues like these and fixing them might resolve the issue automatically. But if you are still facing any further issue with this, please let us know and we will check this out for you again.

Hope this Helps!

I really don't think that caused this issue. Checked everything, but most of them were from googleapi I paid a support renewal fee for this, but nothing has been fixed. If you can please just delete this entire thread completely. that will be appreciated.

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

The Unclosed HTML Tags are not from the Google APIs but from your Customized Codes. To move forward with solving the issue, it is required for us to have a clean and valid code to work with, so that while testing your codes it does not generate any further issues which will in turn take a longer process to fix the actual issue, which is why we asked for you to fix the existing HTML Validation issues first.

  1. According to your Issue, unclosed HTML tags, might cause the Mobile Browsers to not execute the Invalid HTML Codes.

  2. You are using a really old version of Canvas and using an Older Version will often run into random issues due to latest web practices.

We request you to provide us with the Validated Codes and we will definitely try fixing your issue. Thanks for your Patience!

Additionally, according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy, we do not provide support for any Errors generated due to the Customized Codes. We can definitely point you to the cause of the issue but we cannot do modifications or provide you with a modified solution to fix the error according to your customized codes. However, we will always provide you with all the help you need to fix the error due to a Bug in the Template's Code. You can consider requesting a Refund for your Support Extension here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new .

Hope this Helps!
