The Slider Revolution (and I assume other components) use files in /include/. However, I am unable to use that directory on our server. I've tried renaming /include/ to /template-files/ and updating all relevant paths, but when I do that, it doesn't work.

Issue has been partially resolved as I have discovered the same slider on index-classic.html that is set up without using the /include/ directory.
