Slider questions

Hi,
I have 2 questions regarding sliders:

  1. How can I integrate text in Owl Slider? I don't get from the documentation how this should work.

2)Revolution slider: I tried to use one of the RevSlider Demos and noticed that it switches to a double image on mobile width. (slider-revolution-fullwidth.html)
I don't like that. I there a way to turn that off and have it just zoom small or something?
I know RevSlider from Wordpress Sites but I never encountered that problem before.
Thanks.

[sb_private_reply]Hi,
is there an answer to be expected in the foreseeable future?
I mean come on guys, you showed up once today and that was at the thread of a customer who could/had to figure out his problem by himself because you were not around.
Would be nice if you could actually address others troubles too.
Thanks in advance.[/sb_private_reply]

Hello,

Apologies about the Delays and Thank You so much for your Valuable Patience!

We have been working on an Update which we have just released a while ago which is why there was a delay in Support. Meanwhile, we were already working on the replies.

  1. Text inside the Owl Carousel is not supported by Default as the other Slider. However, you can use standalone Text Section inside the Owl Carousel as demonstrated here: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/carousel.html .

  2. Please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue with the Zoom error of the Images in the Revolution Slider. Additionally, you can consider using this Guide: https://www.themepunch.com/revsliderjquery-doc/ken-burns-effect/ to tweak the Ken Burns effect settings. Hope this Helps!

Thanks for your Patience.

Do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Thanks guys!
Regarding the Revolution Slider problem: I just uploaded a file to show you, and the double image is gone.
As so far I did everything offline I suppose the problem is only offline....don't know why.
If I open the slider-revolution-fullwidth.html of your demo html files the phenomenon is there...see attachement.
As I noticed now the other demos should work fine.

Greetings

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

We have checked out Our Package Files along with other Files to find any possible issues with this but could not find any. It would be great if you can please let us know which OS and Browser you are using so that we can investigate this further. Additionally, we also tried checking this issue on an iPhone itself and the issue does not exist there as well. It would be also recommended to use Localhost or an Online Server to check the Files since some functionalities do not work when using the Local File System to check the HTML Files as they are blocked by the Browsers by default. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hi, I just rechecked. All browsers are rendering correctly but Firefox. (offline)
The problem is only with slider-revolution-kenburns.html and the slider-revolution-fullwidth.html.
My system runs on Win 8.1 and Firefox 63.0.3 64-Bit.
