I am trying to integrate asp.net core 2.1 but the transition effects of all sliders that I selected from premium hero templates section do not work. I upload all the js, css, images and include folders. Is there anything else I need to do? Thank you.
The jquery / ~ / statement is generated because visual studio starts resources with the ~ / expression.

We Apologize about the Inconveniences, however, we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . You will need to manually code this or Hire a Freelancer to help you out.
The only issue we see right now is this: ~/images/ should be replaced with /images/.
