Slider doesn't appear in Internet Explorer

Hello,
Apologies for the Inconveniences caused!
Unfortunately, the Swiper Slider Plugin: https://swiperjs.com/ does not support IE11. We will be ultimately be removing support for IE11 once Bootstrap v5 is officially released. Meanwhile, you can consider using an Older Version (preferably v4.x) of the Swiper Slider Plugin: https://github.com/nolimits4web/swiper/releases which works on IE11.
Hope this Helps!

Hello, thank you for this. Could you advise me on what file I need to replace and where?
Or may I ask, are you available for hire when I need extra help om issues?
Hello,
You will need to update the js/plugins.js or js/plugins.min.js File (according to what you are using) with the old Codes for the Swiper Slider. Simply find the Swiper 6.3.5 Block of Code and update it according to the Old Codes.
This should work fine. Hope this Helps!
Yes, sure. We will email you shortly for further discussions.

Thank you, is there another option for sliders?
Hello,
The Swiper Slider is the most versatile one. Alternatively, you can consider using this: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/slider-owl-full.html .
However, we will be dropping support for Internet Explorer altogether once Canvas is updated to Bootstrap 5, inline with Bootstrap supported browsers: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/getting-started/browsers-devices/ .
Hope this Helps!

Hello!
Can you give me some more detailed instruction in updating the swiper code?
Where do I update this? Which file?: js/plugins.js or js/plugins.min.js File
Which file is the Swiper 6.3.5 Block of Code in?
Thank you!
Hello,
The js/plugins.min.js File is the minified version of the js/plugins.js File. So first, you will need to update the codes in the js/plugins.js File and then minify it using a Minifier, like: https://javascript-minifier.com/, then replace the codes in the js/plugins.min.js File.
We have updated the codes for you, so can simply use the attached files provided. However, unfortunately, Our Support does not cover Older Versions of Swiper.
Hope this Helps!

Thank you so much. Very helpful with a great theme.
Hello, I am sorry but this is still not working for me. All I should have to do is replace plugins.min.js in the js folder and swiper.css in the css folder?
Thank you,
Eric

Hello,
Sorry about that! It seems that Support for Internet Explorer is available only until v4.x.x. Please use the Updated Files attached. Thanks for your Patience.

Hello, thank you. I replaced the files, but the slider at the top of my homepage is not appearing in IE:
Hello, do you have any help with this you can offer? I replaced the files with the ones I gave you. How do I know if I have the right Slider version?
Thank you!
Hello,
Thanks for your patience!
We have checked this out and there is no error in the Console but there are several HTML Validation errors: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rmhtwincities.org%2FEGRMH-20%2Findex . Consider fixing them and try checking this again.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
Hello,
I fixed the errors that could be contributing to the slider and it still isn't working in IE. Could I hire you to take a closer look at it?
Thank you!
Eric
Hello,
We have just checked this out and the Slider appears to be working fine for us. There are still more errors on your Page: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rmhtwincities.org%2FEGRMH-20%2Findex which is causing this issue on IE. Fixing this should automatically solve the issue. You can verify this by using the Files we had provided in the Default Package Files.
Hope this Helps!
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide Customization related Support.

Hello, thank you so much for all your help.
One more question... the error that is reporting that the | is an invalid character in the listing of Google fonts is code used from your template. I copied it exactly. Advice?
Hello,
This error can be ignored. The Unclosed Tags and Duplicate IDs are the ones you will need to look out for and fix them.
Hope this Helps!
