Slider - background-color for text

Hi.
I am really sorry if you already received this support question before, but I can't see my post so I assume something went wrong.

I am looking for help for 3 questions. Se attached image also.

1 : How can I have a semi-transparent box behind the text on the slider - sometimes the video is very bright and the text almost dissapears, so I'd like some kind of background to make it more visible.

2 : The same goes for the menu, so I'd like to make it solid - also be able to set the specific color for the top-menu-bar.

3 : Social buttons are hidden on mobile screens, how can I make them stay visible ?

Thanks for your reply, it took me some time to set up a new dev server.
Please have a look at the live page at https://gm31.dev.crewplan.dk/ - on the index page, the text on the video is white and sometimes the text simply dissolves into a light/white background.

I attached a screenshot - I'd love to have a semitransparent box behind the entire text/button setup, rather than a background behind each item.

Oh I have one more (for now ;) )

I added a row at the top of the page - it holds 2 buttons.

1 : How can I move the buttons to the right side of window ?
2 : I want this bar to stay on screen when scrolling window - for now it gets covered by the menu on pagescroll)
