Please use the updated js/plugins.min.js File: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xpRb_dtKKq_eIgF5GqT1O5pHqIDZ0lZk/view?usp=sharing . This will fix the issue with Progress Bars on Mobile Devices. We will release an Update officially later in the day.

The https://www.brokerazioniitalia.it/js/plugins.min.js File does not exist on your Servers. Make sure that you are uploading this correctly in the appropriate location.
You can check the Live Previews: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/pie-skills.html and it works perfectly fine on Mobile Devices for us.
