we have the most up to date version and the loading is too slow, some pages take 23 secs to load and there is only HTML on the page. WE have done everything possible to increase it but no matter what we do it loads slow.
site loading/ speed

I'm having the same issue, have followed all the steps to increase speed plus added browser caching and Gzip and no matter what we do it takes an average of 23 seconds to load, even on our very minimal html only pages
the pages seem to load the text but not the header then it reloads the page in full with the header, taking around 20 seconds, any help would be great
Hello,
We have checked out your Website but there are no Images on your Page which is why we could not determine the exact reason for the Slowness of your Website. Can you please provide us with a Valid Live URL with all the Images working fine so that we can check this out in more details.
Additionally, please consider checking out the Tips provided in the Documentation > Start > Optimization Tips Section. They will definitely help in speeding up your Website. Thanks for your Patience.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
Hi there,
We have followed all the steps in the optimization but we are still getting the pre loader for around 15 seconds when loading the page, the page HTML seems to loads but the header doesn't and then it seems to reload again because of the header so its causing very slow load times.
here you can see several phones in the header, and logos on the page https://www.majorcompare.com/index3
here you can see several logo images on the bottom of the page https://www.majorcompare.com
Hello,
We have been trying to check out your Website repeatedly but it gives a "CloudFront wasn't able to connect to the origin." Error.
Please provide us with a Valid Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.

Any news ? We get the same problem and we followed all instructions of optimisation speed !
we tried to use both with and without cloudfront so you must have been checking while we where doing so tests
you can load the site again and see the pages again, even a page with very little content it takes over 7 seconds to load after doing all speed improvments and more. It seems the headers might be the issue as the plan text loads but the heads delay (we currently added a white overlay to try and make it look nicer but we need to get the speed up. Would this be that there is to much extra code due to all the different built in sections and as we only use a very limited number we are getting a slow site from having all the extra pieces we dont use?

Hello,
@shanghaijohn We have checked out your Websites and there are some Optimization Techniques such as gZip Compressions and the Image Optimizations that have not been followed: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.majorcompare.com%2Findex3 and https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.majorcompare.com%2F .
Additionally, technically the Templates are not responsible for Slow Speeds of a Website but the Hosting Environment, Image Optimizations and the Page Content are the major causes for Slower Websites.
We request you to optimize the Images and enable gZip Compressions as this would result in making your websites faster dramatically.
Hope this Helps!
