Site is not responsive on Mobile

Hi there,

Although I have zero html errors and have preserved all original formatting/CSS etc, the site does not display correctly/responsive on mobile.

Issues
1 - top menu wraps so that the 3rd menu item appears in the hero pic
2 - hero pic does not resize - is cut from the left and right
3 - Link to click out to the video cuts off on the right
3 - Section headers are cut off

Hello,

We have been checking your Website for a while and this is a very weird issue and we are not sure what is causing this. But we are 100% certain that this is a result of Customized Codes and something has gone wrong during the customization process. As your website is pretty customized, it is hard to track the issue as it is not possible to go through the entire code: HTML and CSS both.

The issue here is that the css/responsive.css is not applied on the Page at all! Now, this could be an error in the CSS or some encoding issue on the servers. Can you try to upload the Default Files from the Package and see if you are facing the same issue? If yes, please let us know and we will check what is causing this. Else, you will need to detect as to which step in the Customization Process caused this issue.
