Signin Link in top bar

Question

Guys, I added a Sign In menu link in the top bar. On page load no matter what I click on the page, that Signin drop down menu shows up. Very annoying. How to prevent that from happening?

Forgot to mention this seems to happen in Chrome only. In Edge, it does not.
