Hello,

You can consider using the Dropdown Component: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.6/components/dropdowns/#forms . You can add this to any or Tag. And then you can add the Form Codes to the Dropdown Content according to the Default Forms provided with Canvas and everything should work flawlessly.
