side-panel do not hide on iPad landscape mode

Hello Support Team,
For an e-commerce website (kavuus.com), I'm using side-panel right in overlay mode and it is working as expected on desktop and mobile devices (e.g. taping or clicking on body it closes the side-panel).

Except on iPad landscape mode it does not work.

Few interesting observations, that same resolution on Chrome simulator it work as expected (closes the panel) but on actual device it fails.
It also work on actual device (iPad) in portrait mode.

Also, if I have to disable this closing function for what do I need to do?

I must mention; using Canvas become a real pleasure for both of my last 2 projects.
