Section with Dark Parallax Background

Hi!

I'm trying to recreate the parallax section from your page http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/sections.html. Both on your page and my page I'm having the same problems where when first scrolling down there's a large dark solid color section. I've tried adjusting the padding, data-bottom-top="background-position:0px 300px;" and also data-top-bottom="background-position:0px -300px;" with no luck.
