Scrolling doesn't work with up and down arrows - neither does "gotoTop" arrow

Hello this problem seems to only be happening on a PC laptop in a Chrome browser. Can't scroll with keyboard up and down arrows and the "gotoTop" icon doesn't work. Here is the url: http://www.ggtechnical.com/new gg site 2017/products.html Apparently all works in IE and on my iMac Desktop it works great in Chrome and Safari. I tried a fix suggested in another post "deleting the ssc init() Function Block from the js/plugins.js File" but this seemed to break the site...maybe I didn't do it right.…

Please consider using this Updated js/plugins.js File: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vih4eu8d5kgb45f/plugins.js?dl=1 where we have removed the ssc_init() Function Block for you. Just overwrite this File with the Old One in the Package.
