The page doesn't scroll down on mouse wheel, scroll up works. Happening on Windows 7 - Google Chrome Version 50.0.2661.87 m

If I remove SmoothScroll v0.9.9 from plugin.js page scroll works.
I have seen this happen as well but usually locally only. When I upload the files to a server scrolling works well ahgain. Not sure what the issue is.

We have just checked this out on Windows 7 Chrome/Firefox/IE and it appears to be working fine for us. However, we will definitely continue investigating this issue. Sorry my bad I am on windows 8.1 PRO and i am on the latest update of google chrome.
The scroll down on wheel is not happening (but some times it works, most of the time it wont), hence you have to manually scroll the scrollbar
Attaching a video showing the issue(added the mouse event tracker on console). Apparently it is happening on all pages, as i said in my previous post it is happening with SmoothScroll plugin(if you remove the plugin from the function.js it solves the issue).

I experience this issue on Windows 10 with latest Chrome but only locally. When files are uploaded to server all works as expected.

This is happening on your live demo page (even on localhost). Try Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 with chrome
To answer your question, I experience this on local file system, windows 10, Latest Chrome, on most pages. Once uploaded to server all is well and the pages function as expected.

Can you please consider updating the Smooth Scroll Plugin to the Latest Version by Copy/Pasting the Code from here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/galambalazs/smoothscroll-for-websites/master/SmoothScroll.js and replacing the scc_init() Function Block in the js/plugins.js File.
