Scaling to large screens

Hi,

I'm using a one-page theme from Canvas and it looks great, except for the fact that it scales linearly with the screen size. So it looks nice on my laptop (13") but becomes comically huge on my 27in monitor with everything becoming yuuggee ;-)

Is there any way I can limit the width of the theme to necessarily show everything within a sane scale always?
