SASS and Browser Sync

Question

Hi guys,
I just bought the theme and it seems fine, but i have a problem.
I am trying to work with SASS files but something isn't going well.
when i update a SCSS file the changes doesn't apply on the css files!!
I am using browser sync and I can't see the changes in the browser because i have to update the css file and then refresh the page.

any help please!!

*I am using browser sync for another project with SASS files and everything sounds perfect but on the theme files nothing really works.

Hello,

We Really Apologize about the Inconveniences caused. However, we are not sure about if the Canvas Files are causing this issue since the SASS Files included does not interfere with the Default BrowserSync Functionality. Please consider checking out their Official Issue Tracker: https://github.com/BrowserSync/browser-sync/issues/955 as they have an ongoing issue regarding this. Thanks for your Patience.
