Hi

Is there a Rich Text Editor available in the Theme, like the one used when updating (Replying) to your support forum.

Regards
Barry

Hello,

We can see a Lot of JS Errors on your Website (your Browser's Developer Console). Additionally, you appear to be using a Very old Version of Canvas. Currently, we do not provide for Old versions of Canvas. Support is only provided for included features for Versions prior to v6, not including Bug Fixes or Customizations. Please Update to the Latest Version of Canvas and this issue should be automatically resolved.

Hope this Helps!

Hi

I am concerned about upgrading as I read in your upgrade notes somewhere, that I may have to change all pages manually.

How do I check what version of Canvas I am on now?

Regards
Barry

Hello,

We have checked your Website and you are using Canvas v5.8. You can check it here: http://cba.rof.ca/css/style.css .

Unfortunately, yes. Since Canvas 6 is a major rewrite of Canvas, there are many breaking changes. More details here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/upgrading-v5-to-v6/migration/ . Updates are made to make Canvas more Stable, error-free, keep-up with the Latest Trends and support Modern Browsers seamlessly.

Hope this Helps!

OK, if I understand correctly, I would have to manually update all my pages if I moved to another version 6+. please confirm my conclusion is correct.

Hello,

That's correct. If you are upgrading from Canvas 5 to 6, you will need to update the changes manually. Meanwhile, you can definitely continue using Canvas 5.x, however, support will be limited on this.

Hope this Helps!
