Revolution Sliders don't work when viewed with Firefox. YouTube background not working with the current downloadable 6.02 version (js/plugins.min.js needs updating).

I am sure you are aware of these issues as you have removed the demo/gym (2nd slide) YouTube background from your web site examples just yesterday (http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/demo-gym.html).

And the Revolution slider examples are viewable on your web site examples on Firefox (http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/rs-demos.html) but are not viewable in the 6.02 version (they were viewable in previous versions).

I brought this up yesterday and you fixed it for your web site, but we need a working downloadable version with the YouTube backgrounds fixed as well as the issue with viewing the Revolution Sliders so we can build our websites.

When will you be updating the files for us to download?

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!

We are aware of these issues as reported by you on the Comments Section: https://themeforest.net/item/canvas-the-multipurpose-html5-template/9228123/comments?page=246&filter=all#comment_24578448 . The Youtube Background on the Gym Demos have not been removed, but updated with the same working solutions, we have promptly provided to you, also including the js/plugins.min.js File privately sent to your Emails. Both the Issues do not require Major Updates and just minor 2-3 words of changes.

Regarding the Package Update, we are already in process of assembling this and an Update will be released tomorrow by the end of the day. We cant release an updated package solely for 2 minor bugs as there is a proper updates cycles which includes several bug fixes, code updates and new features/templates.

Thanks for Understanding and your valuable patience.

Yup and again super duper appreciated...I just wanted to make sure these updates would be available/visible to anyone else working with YouTube backgrounds or Revolution sliders at this time as I am...thanks again and have a great rest of the day!

Now if I can just figure out how to place a YouTube background behind the center menu bar example (demo/barber)...any ideas?

Cheers! :)

Perfect that worked great!...the demo/barber example site however did not load/open after I updated the plugins.min.js update you sent me.

I found a work around it but thought I should bring it up that this was happening to maybe look at for the next updated version.

Thanks again for all your assistance - Cheers! :)

Hello,

Very Happy to Help! Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue with Demo Barber you are facing and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

I'm working with the files offline but here is a screen shot. Basically after updating the plugins.min.js file, the demo/barber page then just goes into a continuous loading mode with the logo fading in and out.

Mmicah_potterJun 26, 2020

The plugins.min.js file does fix the issue with the YouTube background that was not working...but then it causes this error as a result for the demo/barber page.

I hope that makes sense.

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences about the error.

However, we are not receiving this error. It is Highly Recommended to use a Localhost based Server like XAMPP/MAMP so that you do not face any unexpected issues like the Files Systems.

Additionally, if you are still facing further issues, please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this.

Hope this Helps!

Thanks I appreciate that. After the next version update I am going to work on my site a bit more and if there is still an issue I will host it online and send you a private link.

All I did was update the plugins.min.js file and there was an issue with the demo/barner page, but the YouTube background worked on the demo/gym page. I changed back to the original plugins.min.js file and then then everything loaded normally for the demo/barber page but then the YouTube background went away again on the demo/gym page.

Thanks again for all your help...I know you all must be swamped with questions and requests for help...but seriously you guys are awesome over there at SemiColonWeb...it's why I bought 4 more licenses the other day for future projects - Have a great weekend! :)

Mmicah_potterJun 26, 2020

The work around I did to have it work was creating a plugins.min-center-menu.js file that was basically the original plugins.min.js without the updates you sent me. So I am basically using the original and updated plugins.min.js files and then it works for me. I know this isn't ideal but it's what I had to do to get it to work. I made no other changes in any of the files except adding the snippet for the YouTube background in the demo/barber file. But like I mentioned...I will just wait patiently for the next update and try this again - Cheers!

Hello,

Thanks for the Kind Words and considering to Purchase Additional Licenses of Canvas! We Really Appreciate it. :)

Apologies about the Inconveniences regarding this. There is a slight delay for the update to be available and it will now be pushed tomorrow (Monday) as we are working on combing out some bugs and running some tests.

Meanwhile, simply consider removing the js/plugins.min.js and js/plugins.min-center-menu.js Files from the Page and see if it now works fine for you. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Mmicah_potterJun 28, 2020

Awesome I will try that! You guys are great and good luck with the update! Have a great rest of the weekend - Cheers!
