Revolution Slider Visual Editor running error with PHP 7.4.1

I tried to run on IISExpress with PHP 7.4.1 and errors occurred. I cannot get it running.

Hello,

Revolution Slider and Slider Editor comes bundled with Canvas and so you cannot use a Purchase Code to activate the Plugin.

Additionally, if the New Slider link is active, means that the Visual Editor is already active and ready to use.

I was able to set up. I needed to run the install folder first. I could run the application, but the editor is not activated and slider is not activated. I did not receive any code for this when I purchased.
