Revolution Slider Template Not Working

Question

Hello,

I tried to open one of the templates that I want to use from the folder (http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/rs-demo-premium-flat-slider.php), but unfortunately it does not work. I can only access the template if I click on the link I posted. I have attached the screenshot of the error that I keep receiving while trying to open the file on my PC. I should mention that the folder address is as following:
themeforest-9228123-canvas-the-multipurpose-html5-template/Package-HTML/HTML/rs-demo-premium-flat-slider.html

Apologies about the Inconveniences! Consider opening this File on a Localhost (XAMPP/MAMP) or on an Online Server.
