Is there a way to remove the large white space above and below the slider on a mobile device? I have tried the vh-sm-50 but it blows out he slider on the desktop version. Please see the attached screenshot of the spacing i am referring to.
Thanks,
Ursula

Hello,
Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more accurate assistance on this, as we would not be able to ascertain the issue with a mere screenshot in this case. Thanks for your Patience.

Hello,
Thanks for your Kind Patience. Since this is Customization related, we can only provide you with pointers on how to make it more responsive compatible:
Since you are using a Flat Header (non-transparent), its better not to use the
.include-headerClass.You can setup different Grid Sizes: https://www.themepunch.com/revsliderjquery-doc/responsive-setup-2/ on different devices.
You will need to adjust the
data-voffsetValues to place the Layers in different devices accordingly.
This should work fine. Hope this Helps!

I am having another issue with the slider. When viewing the website on devices under 1600w the right side of image is cutoff. I have adjusted the size of the slider to <div class="slider-inner" style="max-width: 1000px; margin: 0 auto">. Even with the smaller size the right hand side of the image is cutoff. I have all the responsive grids setup, I have adjusted the data-hoffset and that did not fix it. Any sugeestions?

Hello,
The following lines of code are causing this:
[ch_pre]responsiveLevels:[1240,1024,778,480],
gridwidth:[1400,1240,778,480],[/ch_pre]
Make sure the gridwidth values are either equal to or less than the responsiveLevels values.
This should definitely fix the issue. Hope this Helps!
