Kinda disappointed with RS slider not being updated and old version discontinued. Can I use any other company that is like RS and incorporate into site with no issues?

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused!
The Revolution Slider included with Canvas is a Third Party Plugin and we make sure that as soon as a New Update is released by the Plugin Authors, we release an Update. But this is something not controlled by us but the Plugin Authors.
