Hello, is it possible to set opacity in revolution slider text layer (shows over video layer)?

Hello,

You can consider using CSS Utility Classes in this case: https://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/utility-classes/opacity/ . Simply add the Opacity Classes to the Layer you would like and it should work as expected.
