Looking at the background. Sometimes it gets darker, sometimes it fades. I just want the background to be normal / static. Especially at the beginning when loading and around 00:12 and 00:20 the background gets a little zoom effect and turns darker. How do I prevent this?

Unfortunately, this is the Default Functionality of the Revolution Slider and its Slide Transitions. You can consider changing the data-easein="default" and data-easeout="default" to data-easein="none" and data-easeout="none" and data-masterspeed to 10. Please consider checking out the Official Documentation: https://www.themepunch.com/revsliderjquery-doc/slider-revolution-jquery-5-x-documentation/ to modify the settings.
