I can't install revolution slider visual editor.
1.- I get these errors:

3.- after I put in the hostname, DB, etc. I click next, and it returns an error:
An Error Was Encountered
The action you have requested is not allowed.
I created a database and a user & password specifically for this to work.
I have a Wordpress site and in it the slider rev works perfectly
