Revolution Slider download problem

Question

Hello, I have a problem, I just purchased the canvas html theme and I seem to be unable to download the rev slider. There is a message saying: "You do not have a License for Canvas HTML to View or Add New Replies. Please purchase a New License." But I just bought the license. And another thing: when I wanted to sign in, it immediately connected to my envato account, but when I want to sign in, it doesnt seem to accept my envato passwort. I never was asked to generate a password for my profile and when I click on lost password, it doesnt send me anything. Please help
