Revolution slider doesn't scroll down when I touch the screen of smartphone

Hello everyone, I like this template, is very easy to use and now i'm using now this slider for my website:

It works fine!!! But i have one question because when i touch the screen from my phone that page doesn't scroll down.
How can i manage that?

Anyway this is the solution:
Please find the following code in the rs-demo-premium-paintbrush.html Template:
RevSliderPaintBrush(tpj, revapi143);
and replace it with:
if( !SEMICOLON.isMobile.any() ) { RevSliderPaintBrush(tpj, revapi143); }
