Hi,

Swaped a couple of images (ken-1.jpg, ken-2.jpg) they work in all browsers except microsoft edge.

Blank in edge. What is the issue?

Well the slider works with the original images, is the demo hard coded in the scripts? Do you guys have permission to include this with your template? I bought this template a year ago and never used it. Bought 6 months of support and your staff is no where to be found. My review will reflect you ripping people off.

Thanks for your Patience! We have been working with the Plugin Authors to fix this issue on Edge. Meanwhile, can you please check out if your Images work fine with the Original Versions of the Plugin. We Really Apologize about the Delays but unfortunately we did not have a Physical Windows Devices with us for testing which delayed the process!

Well, Revolution Slider has been included in Canvas since it was available for sale and none of the Codes have been modified or hard-coded and included as it is, as available in the Plugin Default Packages. Permission to include Revolution Slider? For sure! You can contact the Plugin Authors to confirm this.

Meanwhile, we are not sure about what you meant by Ripping Off? Everything that have been shown on the Demos are available in the Package in the same state and same versions! How is this Ripping Off?

We would love to fix your issue and it would be great if you can please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.

No windows devices to test? Ok.

[sb_private_reply]Waiting 4 days for a response? Not ok. Bought support No TIMELY support = Ripoff. Understand? It is not the price of the theme or additional support, it is the wasted labor running around in circles that is expensive. Had we known 4 days ago that you cannot test your themes on windows devices (Edge has been out 2 years), we would have sought another remedy. Your response to my review is laughable, you know what you did and did not do. We have been a customer with Envato for 7 years and you are our first negative review.[/sb_private_reply]

Now, Ken Burns effect breaks when we put in substitute images; we think it could be Adobe Dreamweaver dropping some code or an error we cannot find; loaded on server, all browsers, +ios devices.

There is no doubting your talent; execution is separates successful companies from day labor.

Yes, we resolved the errors through Chrome tools. Just a suggestion, maybe it would be helpful to be very specific about what issues updates enhance or fix?

Anyway good luck and since we had to fix it ourselves the review stays as it is.

The Changelog is added to the Documentation File in the Package with every update which provides details of the Issues fixed and File/Code Changes. Hope this Helps.

Just a heads up, your kenburns slider is broken in your online demo and in the downloadable update. I have issues with ipad support; it seems by adding some menu items i broke the responsive feature. The layer menu drops down and covers the site. To fix your kenburns issue, you will need to properly reference the scripts. On 4.4, your demos would work with the scripts at the bottom until I swapped images. Then they had to be moved to the top prior to the initiating CSS; no clue why but it worked. These are not really templates you are selling; more like concepts. They are not swap and play.

  1. Can you please provide us with the URL of the Kenburns Template from the Live Demos so that we can fix them at the earliest.

  2. The Menu Area is full width but depending on the Amount of Items you add to it, they will break into the next line since their width increases! And we are aware that you are facing this issue on the iPad Landscape Mode. But this is a Normal Behavior and to accommodate more items in the Menu Area, you will need to decrease the Font Size and Padding of the Menu Items which you can do so by adding the following CSS Code:

.device-md #primary-menu ul li > a {
	padding-left: 12px;
	padding-right: 12px;
	font-size: 12px;
	letter-spacing: 0px;
}

You can decrease the Padding/Text Size more depending on your requirements.

  1. The Templates provided in the Package are completely flexible and can be actually mixed and matched. Are you facing issues with any other templates rather than the Kenburns Template? Do let us know so that we can look into them and provide you with the necessary solutions. Thanks for your Patience.

And it would be more helpful if you can provide Live URLs of the Pages where you are facing the issues so that we can check the codes too.
