HELLO DEAR TEAM

FIRST OF ALL LET ME TELL YOU GUYS I BOUGHT THE TEMPLATE MORE THAN A YEAR AGO AND STILL NEVER FOUND OUT SOMETHING MORE AMAZING

I STILL HAVE A VERY FEW BUGS TO FIX AS YOU CAN SEE I ALREADY POSTED TWO QUESTIONS YESTERDAY AND FOR THIS I BOUGHT A LICENCE EXTENSION ONLY IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU GUYS BECAUSE I REMEMBER HOW AMAZING WAS THE HELP YOU ALREADY GAVE ME A YEAR AND A HALF AGO

SO HERE I GO I HAVE THREE PROBLEMS (LINKS TO VIDEOS OF EACH PROBLEM IN PRIVATE POST RIGHT AFTER)

PROBLEM NUMBER 1 :

IN ANY WINDOW SIZE WHEN I SCROLL DOWN THE HEADER VIDEO, AFTER I SCROLLED ABOUT 70% OF IT THERE IS A HUGE BUG A BLACK SCREEN I NEED TO FIX THIS PLEASE

PROBLEM NUMBER 2 :

I DONT KNOW IF THE SETTINGS OF RESOLUTIONS HAVE CHANGED IN THE NEW VERSION BUT THERE IS A MOMENT WHEN I REDUCE THE SIZE OF MY WINDOW WHERE IT BECOMES POSSIBLE TO SCROLL HONRIZONTALLY AND THERES A BLANK SPACE ON THE WHOLE RIGHT SIDE OF MY WEBSITE, COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO FIX THIS ?

PROBLEM NUMBER 3 : WITH 3 UNDERPARTS

THIS IS A PROBLEM I REMEMBER I ALREADY HAD IN THE PREVIOUS VERSION
I USE THE MENU 3 AND IT STICKY
IT ALSO USES THIS WONDERFUL FEATURE THAT MAKES IT GO FROM SEMI TRANSPARENT DARK BEFORE SCROLLING TO SEMI TRANSPARENT AFTER SCROLLING

NOTE THAT IN MOBILE VERSION IT IS ALWAYS ONLY WHITE MENU

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN IN FULL SIZE WINDOW I SCROLL DOWN TO SEMI TRANSPARENT (WHITE) AND REDUCE THE WINDOW TO MOBILE, THERE IS NO STICKY HEADER ANYMORE (FIRST PROBLEM)

SECOND PROBLEM IS THAT TO FIND THE MENU BACK I NEED TO SCROLL UP BUT WHEN I DO THE MENU IS BLACK AND NOT WHITE LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE, AND TO MAKE IT BECOMING WHITE AGAIN ALL I NEED IS TO SCROLL DOWN AND UP.

AND THE THIRD ASPECT OF THIS PROBLEM LOOKS LIKE THE SECOND ONE, WHICH MEANS THAT FROM THE MOBILE WINDOW RESOLUTION AND FROM TOP (SO A WHITE MENU) WHEN I MAXIMIZE THE WINDOW IT REMAINS WHITE WHEN IT SHOULD BE SEMI TRANSPARENT DARK. HERE AGAIN WHEN YOU SCROLL DOWN AND UP IT GOES BACK TO THE NORMAL.

PLEASE SEE THE URL OF MY WEBSITE AND THREE VIDEOS OF THE THREE PROBLEMS FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND BETTER WHAT I HAD THE BIGGEST PAIN TO EXPRESS LOL

THANKS A LOT AND BEST REGARDS !!!

Hello,

Thank You so much for the Kind Words and for Renewing your Support. We Truly Appreciate this and are looking forward to help you with your issues! :)

  1. We have checked this issue and it appears to be an issue with the Cube Effect of the Canvas/Swiper Slider conflicting with the Sticky Header. Please remove the data-effect="cube" Attribute from the #slider Element and this will fix this issue. Meanwhile, we are working on making this compatible. Thanks for your Patience.

  2. This issue is because the following code on your Page is overflowing the container:

To fix this issue, please add the .ohidden Class to the Parent .widget Container which contains the above code.

  1. We definitely understand your issue here but we have actually created it this way since we thought that the user will likely not Resize the Pages to view your Website or your Products. And they will either open your Website to view your Products either using a Desktop or Tablet or a Mobile Device in which case this will work normally and the User will not experience any issues as you are facing while Resizing the Browsers. Additionally, a very important reason to keep it this way was to reduce the Javascript Calculations that is done to achieve this Functionality since Resizing the Browsers will increase Javascript Memory Usage Overhead and then it will result in conflicting with the Smoothness of other related Javascript Functionalities on the Page thus degrading the User Experience. Hope this Helps.

Thanks for your Patience. Do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

I think it comes from

<i class="icon-time bgicon"></i>

in the footer, maybe i put wrong the class you told me to put the icon inside the footer.. Im not sure though

Hello,

We have checked this out for you and the issue appears to be with the 3rd-Party Chat Plugin. Consider adding the .ohidden Class to the #wrapper Container itself.

This will definitely fix your issue. Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

sorry I did my best and couldnt come up with how to do this, where do I need to put the ohidden words please ??

MMikeMay 30, 2016

I think it doesnt come from the chat, I checked on my current version of the website which uses one of the first canvas template version, doesnt have chat, and the problem seems to be already there

http://www.eden-boites.com/ please check that url

Hello,

We have tried checking this out for your Live Previews but we couldn't find any issues with this. Additionally, there is no Device with a 486px Media Query so there likely would not be any issues that your Users will experience with this.

Nonetheless, to fix this please add the following CSS Code:

#wrapper { overflow: hidden; }

This will definitely work fine. Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

Thank you, works just fine !!!
