Hello,
Parallax are disabled by default on Mobile Devices as currently the Parallax Effect is very unstable and not 100% optimized on smaller screen. As a result, the Mobile Devices display the Parallax Images just as normal backgrounds.
Hope this Helps!

So how could I choose the fixed area of my background image on parallax for mobile resolution?
Hello,
Currently, the .mobile-parallax Class controls the Parallax Background Images from the style.css File. You can add a custom class to the Parallax Image and then use Media Queries to modify the Background CSS Properties of the Class using the css/custom.css File. Complete instructions to use this File can be found in the Documentation > Start > Customization Section.
Hope this Helps!
