if it will be empty data-class-xs="" data-class-xxs="" , for Devices xs xxs it will use "button" class ?

Yes, you are absolutely correct! The values of the data-class-* Attributes gets replaced in their respective Device Sizes while the value of the Default class="*" always remain static!
